end Goat is a contemporary exploration of the classic “crumbling” texture of successful harsh noise wall recordings using high-gain analog electronics, yet with a simultaneously favorable signal to noise ratio. This method allows more “space” than typical recordings in the field, giving the effect of varying density with a crisp lower-midrange, without the “mud” in the lower register that can sometimes render HNW albums less impactful at lower volumes.
Each cassette in this edition is a live recording performed direct to the individual cassette you are purchasing. Each cassette is distinct, while all contain comparable timbres and closely related performances. The release is limited and is cassette-only. Each J-card is faced with a unique work in black ink by Ola Aldous.
